Shipping
Processing Times
The processing time for all items is 1-3 business days with the exception of Pre-Ordered and Backordered Items.
Orders placed by 1pm will be processed the same day. We're closed on holidays.
All orders placed will be processed during the next business day.
Backordered items- All backorders will be mailed as items are available. Usually within a 3-4week time frame.
Pre-Order Items- These items are only available for pre-order.

Shipping Methods-
USPS
There are major delays attributed with this shipping method even though its cheaper. USPS Retail Ground: 2-8 business days
First Class Mail : 1-3 business days (not guaranteed) Priority Mail Express: 2 business days Guaranteed
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (not guaranteed) -UPS These shipping methods usually take next day air, 1-2 business days, 3-5 business days on average. Please allow a few extra days in case of delays due to bad weather or holidays.

Change Of Address
Please check and ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. We will send an email out to you if USPS or UPS cannot verify your address.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
If we have problems verifying your address using the USPS/ UPS tracking system and cannot reach you, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS & UPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers/ alphabets and always ensure you are using the correct zip code and city.
'RETURN TO SENDER'
Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit or refund minus shipping. costs.
